Qualifications

• Basic apartment maintenance skills with plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance required.
• On-call availability every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot work orders for residents and complete requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units to meet company standards.
• Maintain exterior grounds and seasonal duties such as snow removal or lawn care.
• Conduct property walk-throughs and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Be available for quick response on-call as per policy.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
