Job summary

Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join the ACT team in a community-based outpatient setting. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate services to support client recovery and stability.

The ideal candidate has independent Iowa CADC certification, at least three years of experience with substance use disorders, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent Iowa alcohol and drug counselor certification (CADC, IADC, IAADC) or equivalent from another state.
• Have at least three years of experience providing treatment to individuals with substance abuse disorders.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate services to support client recovery and stability.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
