Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join the ACT team in a community-based outpatient setting. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate services to support client recovery and stability.
The ideal candidate has independent Iowa CADC certification, at least three years of experience with substance use disorders, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm plus 1 week on-call every 4 weeks

ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient program serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary, community-based team to provide comprehensive, person-centered care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating services to support client recovery and stability. The ACT program is highly team oriented, so our ideal candidate values a collaborative approach to care and has excellent communication and clinical skills.
