Job summary

Seasons Center in Spencer, IA, is seeking an experienced Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role, you will provide person-centered care for adults with severe mental illness, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have compassion, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive pay range of $22.00-$26.00 per hour, along with great benefits and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of experience providing treatment to individuals with substance abuse disorders.
• Valid driver's license required due to travel requirements.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to understand client needs.

• Coordinate services to support client recovery and stability.
