Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Nu Stadium in Miami, FL is seeking a seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to ensure all operations comply with state, federal, and local alcohol laws. You will supervise team members serving alcohol, monitor for issues, and ensure permits and policies are in place before shifts.

This fast-paced role offers learning opportunities and requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer’s permit required before being hired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit before the beginning of work.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off.
