Entry-level supervisory responsibilities include coaching and ensuring training completion. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to lab and manufacturing environments.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree plus 2 years related experience.
• Masters degree plus 0 years experience (required/optional).
• Leadership and supervisory skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs shift operations to meet production schedule and ensure product integrity.
• Maintains floor presence to promote process compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Troubleshoots processes and products to maintain target parameters.
• Acts as initial contact for Maintenance, Quality, Tech Doc Support and others.
