Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Kodiak, Alaska. The role runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and a 9-hour daytime shift.

The candidate must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's with NPTE, be licensed or in process, and have CPR certification. Benefits include weekly pay, credentialing support, housing options, and health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state PT license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct PT rehabilitation services.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with specific goals.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
