Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or active licensure process.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Develop and administer a treatment program with specific goals.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with the physician and multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
