Job summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) in Wasilla, AK is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver physical therapy services to customer-owners and to provide consultative support to clinicians within SCF's medical system.

The role requires Alaska licensure and BLS certification with additional certifications as needed; the incumbent will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness across the Native community.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Alaska.
• BLS certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to customer-owners and consult with providers within the medical system.
