Job summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to customer-owners and offers consultative support to providers across the state, including independent living facilities, assisted living homes, and private residences. This role requires Alaska licensure and BLS; ACLS/NRP/ATLS/ALSO and PALS may be required.

Native preference applies and SCF serves Alaska Native communities with focus on holistic wellness.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Alaska (state licensure)
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/ATLS/ALSO and PALS may be required for specialty areas as needed.
• Experience serving Alaska Native communities and understanding cultural needs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to customer-owners and consult with providers across SCF and statewide.
• Assist in improving functional independence across diverse settings including assisted living and private residences
