The Alaska Municipal League (AML) strengthens Alaska local governments through advocacy, shared services, technical assistance, training, and collaboration.

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will lead AML’s Strengthening Alaska’s Municipal Utility Cybersecurity Systems project while developing a broader cybersecurity shared service for municipalities, boroughs, utilities, and other local-government entities across Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML’s Strengthening Alaska’s Municipal Utility Cybersecurity Systems project and related cybersecurity initiatives.
• Coordinate qualified technical specialists and translate cybersecurity risks into practical actions.
• Protect sensitive information and help local governments sustain improvements over time.
• Develop flexible, sustainable cybersecurity services for AML members across Alaska.
