Job summary

Santos Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Manager – Alaska to optimize technology outcomes for the Alaska BU. You will lead the Alaska D&IT team, oversee IT infrastructure, telecoms, end-user computing, business applications, cyber security and IT/OT interfaces across Anchorage and North Slope sites.

The role partners with Alaska BU leadership and Corporate IS to deliver the Alaska IT roadmap, aligning enterprise standards and governance as production scales up toward first oil in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years in IT delivery and service delivery, with program and project management experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
• Senior experience in IT service management including End User Compute and ITIL.
• Experience building and maintaining network architecture.
• Proven portfolio and roadmap management experience.
• Strong IT business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in vendor and contract management.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and applications to improve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Alaska IT delivery and operations across infrastructure, EUC, and cyber security.
• Ensure ITIL processes are followed and Business Continuity Plans are tested.
• Govern portfolio funding, governance, risk, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate IT/OT interfaces and align with Corporate IS standards.
• Manage vendor contracts, performance KPIs and service levels.
• Develop and mentor the Alaska D&IT team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
