Job summary

Santos is seeking an IS Network Lead to manage the Alaska Digital & IS network and infrastructure for Anchorage and North Slope operations. You will drive strategy, standards, and governance while coordinating with regional teams and external vendors.

In this role you will supervise network delivery, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory and safety guidelines are followed. Expect occasional site visits and cross-functional collaboration across IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Industry / technology certifications (eg. CCNA) desirable.
• Networking route & switch experience.
• Experience with data center, server infrastructure, or enterprise network delivery.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Alaska business unit's technology direction and strategy for network and infrastructure services.
• Lead voice and data Network Solutions teams across day-to-day operations and IS projects.
• Oversee 3rd party contractors and manage delivery of network design, datacentre and server hardware, virtualization, cloud, and other infra components.
