Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in drilling and completions for conventional and unconventional wells.
• Experience applying innovative technical solutions to complex completions challenges.
• Knowledge of completion systems, stimulation methods, and downhole monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of completion operations for wells in Alaska.
• Ensure well delivery meets reservoir and production objectives through risk management.
• Collaborate across drilling, subsurface, and operations to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote safety, process safety, and environmental stewardship.
