STG Inc. on Prince of Wales Island, AK, seeks an Equipment Operator for onsite heavy construction tasks. You will operate various equipment, perform inspections, and support site preparation while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of related construction experience, preferably equipment operation in rural Alaska or Arctic environments.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment in rural Alaska to support project schedules and safety requirements.
• Perform daily pre-use and post-use inspections and report deficiencies.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and material handling.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic maintenance as required.
