Job summary

Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC) seeks a Corporate Recruiter II to lead full-cycle recruiting for its Alaska-based subsidiaries. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

You will help align talent acquisition with business objectives, support shareholder employment opportunities, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate/government contracting.
• Experience using creative sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment to meet staffing goals and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to review staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Promote UIC at career fairs and community events.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding candidate progress.
