Zusammenfassung

NANA Regional Corporation's Civil & Marine Division seeks a Project Manager to oversee civil construction and infrastructure projects across Alaska, including remote sites. You will lead safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, and client relations, coordinating with estimating, accounting, and marine operations for successful project delivery.

Remote Alaska logistics, procurement, and subcontractor coordination are core duties; marine coordination and logistics planning will be essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in construction, project management, civil construction, infrastructure, logistics, or related industrial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relative field from an accredited institution preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project controls systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual performance.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, proposals, and other project documents to identify requirements, risks, opportunities, and potential changes.
• Coordinate project personnel, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, equipment, materials, and other resources required for successful execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect cost, schedule, quality, safety, or client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal support departments.
