Responsibilities

• Direct and support all sales and merchandising activities within a geographic area to meet performance goals.
• Lead and coach your team on selling and display execution and merchandising standards.
• Drive communication with weekly 1:1s and team meetings.
• Set objectives and build capability through hiring, training, and effective employee relations.
• Translate priorities into territory plans and build partnerships with customers.
• Collaborate with GTM, Warehouse, and Delivery functions to resolve challenges.
• Support a healthy labor environment and mentorship.
• Promote brand development and active marketplace initiatives.
