Job summary

RescueLink in Alaska seeks a Paramedic to provide advanced life support across pre-hospital, inter-facility, and emergency response settings. You will operate under a physician medical director and follow Alaska's scope of practice and National EMS standards.

You will respond to a variety of calls, perform comprehensive assessments, administer ALS medications, manage airways, and ensure high-quality ePCR documentation while supporting medevac operations.

Qualifications

• Current Alaska Paramedic license or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 30/60/90 days.
• NREMT-P certification or eligibility should be met.
• ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), and BLS CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 911 calls, transports, inter-facility transfers, and events in varied Alaska conditions.
• Provide ALS including airway management, IV/IO access, medications, ECG monitoring, and defibrillation.
• Operate ambulances safely in challenging Alaska terrain and conditions.
• Document patient care in ePCR per NEMSIS and state requirements.
• Support medevac operations as ground crew and assist with handoffs at facilities.
