Job summary

Kenai Backcountry Adventures in Seward, Alaska, is seeking an experienced Adventure Reservations Coordinator to join our Seward operations team. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and help coordinate daily operations for wilderness trips.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with FareHarbor or similar platforms. Starting wage is $25 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with a tour operator, activity provider, hotel, lodge, travel company, or outdoor recreation business
• Experience using FareHarbor
• Experience managing reservations, guest communications, scheduling, or tourism logistics
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, or office administration

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across channels
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations and manage bookings
• Enter and manage bookings in FareHarbor and other systems
• Coordinate reservation details with guides and management, lodging, transportation, and partners
• Assist with guest check-in and trip departure preparation
