Job summary

Geil Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Central Station Dispatcher to monitor alarm systems, coordinate emergency responses, and communicate with clients and staff. You will prioritize and dispatch service calls, handle routine inquiries, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; dispatching experience preferred.
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows; ability to enter and manage data accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and scheduling for CIS Security.
• Data entry using proprietary software.
• Data entry for GEI companies as directed by GM.
• Provide service to GEI customers and employees via phones, radios, and in person.
• Monitor fire and burglar alarms and video for Valley Security & Alarm.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and GEI issues.
