Job summary

Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Protection Alarm Design Assistant on a part time basis. This position is responsible for assisting in the design and project managment of fire alarm systems, layouts, and construction.

Working toward a Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred, or alarm, electrical, or construction experience, with strong analytical and mathematical aptitude and attention to detail; regular attendance with ability to work weekends as required.

• Work with and comprehend mathematical and electrical concepts, including project cost analysis.
