The CAMP program seeks an AVI Fellow to support Alabama Virtual Institute (AVI) sessions. You will manage Zoom sessions, assist instructors, and handle attendance and feedback forms while keeping students engaged.
This part-time/seasonal role blends instructional and administrative duties in a virtual/on-site setting, requiring punctuality, professionalism, and comfort with tech tools to ensure a smooth learning experience for diverse learners.

Compensation: $25 per hour
The AVI Fellow is a critical support role designed to enhance the student experience during the Alabama Virtual Institute (AVI) sessions. Fellows work alongside AVI teachers to ensure seamless class operations by managing technical tasks, administrative duties, and engagement strategies. The Fellow provides high-energy support, maintains professionalism, and ensures that virtual classrooms are prepared and running smoothly.

All newly hired CAMP employees will complete a 90-day introductory probationary period. During this period, the employee’s performance, attendance, reliability, professionalism, ability to collaborate, adherence to CAMP policies and procedures, and overall alignment with the expectations of the position will be evaluated. A formal evaluation will be conducted during or at the conclusion of the 90-day period to determine continued employment.
