Kidz2Leaders seeks a Development Director, Alabama, to lead fundraising, partnerships, and local visibility in Birmingham. This is the first Alabama hire, building and directing the state’s philanthropic network while coordinating with the Atlanta team on program support.

The role emphasizes developing local donor pipelines, foundations, and corporate partnerships, with a focus on establishing a strong Alabama leadership footprint for growth and impact.

Qualificações

• Unquestioning and wholehearted alignment with the K2L Statement of Faith.
• Minimum 8+ years of nonprofit or ministry development experience.
• Strong background in fundraising, development, or sales.
• Proven experience contributing to a growing initiative, team, program, or organization.
• Experience stewarding a large portfolio of donors, volunteers, and colleagues.
• Deep understanding of Birmingham business and philanthropic communities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local fundraising strategies and campaigns to meet Birmingham budget goals.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Transfer and strengthen relationships from the Atlanta team to the Alabama office.
• Build and manage a local advisory board of 6–8 members.
