Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to administer medications to residents in our Clayton, NC assisted living facility. You will work under a licensed nurse, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and facility policies while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements include good standing on the state registry, potential QMA competency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience is preferred; EHR software skills are a plus.

• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program if required by your state.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending Physician, under the direction of a licensed nurse within the scope of practice for Medication Aides. The administration of medication shall be in accordance with established nursing standards, the community policies, procedures, and practices, and the requirements of the state in which you operate.

Education/Qualifications:

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state in which you work.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program consisting of a written test, if your state requires.
• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Previous experience preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 2nd
• Wage: $18.00 per hour
