JOB SUMMARY

The Custodian is responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and orderly environment. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, office areas, common spaces, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash on a routine schedule.
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Set up or break down rooms for meetings or events (if applicable).
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
