Job summary

Tiello is partnering with a reputable structural steel fabricator in Palm City, FL, seeking an AISC Coordinator to oversee certification compliance and the Quality Management System across fabrication operations.

The role coordinates quality documentation, material traceability, welding certifications, and audits, working with engineering, detailing, fabrication, and field teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in structural steel fabrication, quality assurance, or AISC coordination.
• Experience maintaining QMS and quality control documentation.
• Familiarity with MTRs, welding certifications, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Manage AISC certification and compliance requirements with documentation.
• Lead internal quality audits and coordinate renewal audits.
• Maintain QC Manual and applicable standards (AISC/AWS).
• Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, transmittals, and change orders.
• Ensure project documentation and quality control deliverables are complete.
