Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks an Airworthiness Manager to lead the Airworthiness and Records Departments at the Shreveport headquarters. You will supervise staff, manage AAIP revisions, MELs, and conformity processes, and coordinate with FAA inspectors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a valid FAA A&P certificate (IA a plus) and 10+ years in Part 135 air carrier quality roles. This is a full-time position with potential travel and on-site work at our Louisiana facility.

Formación

• Valid FAA A&P certificate required; IA a plus.
• Minimum ten years in Part 135 air carrier/quality assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of AAIP, MEL, Airworthiness Directives, SBs, and data tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Airworthiness and Records Departments and supervise staff.
• Manage AAIP revisions, MEL program, and conformity data.
• Coordinate manual revisions with Director of Maintenance Part 135 and FAA inspectors.
• Assist in Part 135 conformity inspections and ensure FAR compliance.
• Maintain and audit aircraft/maintenance records per manuals and FAA regs.
• Oversee aircraft status reporting and document control for records offices.
