The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with deep technical expertise, capable of managing inspections, OEM coordination, and regulatory interactions to support seamless flight operations.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate required.
• Five years aviation maintenance experience, including three years of corporate aircraft experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide.
• Two years of college or equivalent technical training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company manuals and regulatory standards; lead maintenance programs and training.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; monitor remote-location maintenance and logbooks.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure airworthiness and safety; manage quotes and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams; ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.
