• FAA A&P certificate is required.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and manuals.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and engineering orders.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced MRO environment.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft airframes and powerplants.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Complete maintenance tasks per FAA regulations, manuals and data.
• Document all maintenance actions and sign-offs in logs and records.
• Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections for airworthiness.
• Collaborate with crew chiefs and inspectors to meet return-to-service deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety standards.
