Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd in Fort Erie, ON seeks a Quality Engineer, Airworthiness Compliance to ensure regulatory conformance and RTS after maintenance. You will support inspectors, coordinate calendars, and act as the quality interface for nonconformances and customer delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or related field, TCCA AME license, 10 years of quality inspection experience on aircraft, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering or equivalent related field experience.
• TCCA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AME).
• 10 years related Quality inspection on Aircraft components and systems.
• In lieu of degree, 15 years combined experience in a Quality Assurance capacity and/or as a certificated aviation maintenance technician (AMT) and/or (AME).

Responsibilities

• Represent the CRS/AMO for RTS approvals under U.S.-Canada Bilateral agreement and maintain records per TCCA procedures.
• Compile airworthiness directives, alert service bulletins and service bulletins; document preservation and inspections.
• Issue TCCA Form Ones, conformity inspection records and return to service of inspected products.
• Validate inspection of life-limited components and airworthiness directives per approved programs.
• Assist with non-conformity investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
