Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced aviation consulting professional in the United States to deliver airworthiness-focused assignments for CAMO/AMO environments. You will analyze operations, identify risks, and propose practical improvements across governance, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

You will also design and deliver training, manage projects, and build strong client relationships while advancing consulting tools and methodologies within a dynamic, AI-enabled delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation with a strong focus on Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO/AMO).
• Strong knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness regulatory frameworks (EASA Part-145, Part-M/Part-CAMO).
• Understanding CofA, ARC, and CAMO/AMO roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of interactions between operations, maintenance, and airworthiness functions.
• Familiarity with UK CAA and EASA regulatory environments post-Brexit.
• Understanding AMP development, oversight, and maintenance assurance processes.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience communicating complex regulatory concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting assignments by analysing client operations, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Manage and contribute to client projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence.
• Deliver training courses and workshops tailored to learner needs and outcomes.
• Apply detailed airworthiness knowledge within client environments for compliant implementation.
• Assess structures and governance in CAMO/AMO to identify gaps and improve performance.
• Evaluate interactions across operations, maintenance, and airworthiness to reduce risks.
• Support development of CAMO/AMO processes including AMP and ARC activities.
• Build client relationships and contribute to tool/methodology improvements.
