Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama seeks a Supervisor of In-service Repair Certification to lead the In-service Repair Certification team and ensure airworthiness activities comply with EASA and FAA requirements. You will manage certification across multiple programs and interact with Europe to align Certification strategies.

You will oversee audits, support DOA activities, and drive on-time approvals while traveling up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Preferred Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 20+ years progressive experience in engineering programs related to Commercial Transport Category aircraft.
• Travel required 15% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the In-service Repair team, including task assignment and scheduling.
• Lead airworthiness approvals of Airbus products and changes with certifying authorities.
• Coordinate with Airbus Americas Engineering and DOA audits; ensure compliance with DOA processes.
• Serve as a key member of the Airbus Americas Engineering management team.
