Responsabilidades

• Overall administrative and technical direction of the assigned workforce of ATSS and support staff providing NAS services to En Route/Terminal air traffic control and general aviation within a defined area.
• Plan and communicate the organization's vision/objectives, set priorities, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach staff.
• Exercise supervisory authority including leave approvals, performance standards, and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Contribute to budget planning, justify resources, identify training needs, and coordinate developmental and operational training.
• Advise staff on technical/operational matters and resolve employee grievances; maintain a fair work environment.
