Job summary

A leading media tech company seeks an Airtable Specialist to redesign, build, and maintain Airtable-based systems that support its content teams. Hybrid work in Newark, NJ, with 2–3 onsite days per week and potential flexible hours for international collaboration.

Role requires 2+ years designing Airtable solutions in enterprise settings, a CS/engineering degree, and strong data migration and automation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing and supporting Airtable solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or similar discipline.
• Experience with Agile and Lean product management practices.
• Ability to gather input from many internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize how data syncs across core Airtable bases to reduce complexity.
• Build team-facing interfaces tailored to content teams’ workflows.
• Maintain automations, scripts, and workflows across the Airtable ecosystem.
• Gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and surface risks with data-driven decisions.
• Create clear documentation to keep systems maintainable over time.
