Airtable Specialist at Avispa Technology is responsible for redesigning, building, and maintaining Airtable-based systems that support content teams in Newark. You will reduce complexity, improve reliability, and manage data migrations and changes with minimal live disruption.

You will design team-facing interfaces, refine automations, and gather requirements from multiple stakeholders while documenting processes to ensure maintainability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing, building, maintaining Airtable in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or similar discipline.
• Experience with agile and lean product management practices.
• Ability to gather input from and communicate with many internal stakeholders.
• Experience in entertainment content companies is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Redesign and maintain Airtable-based systems supporting content teams.
• Build team-facing interfaces tailored to workflows.
• Rationalize automations, scripts, and workflows across Airtable.
• Gather requirements, challenge assumptions, surface risks with data-driven decisions.
