Job summary

Reno Airstream Adventures is hiring an RV Service Technician to diagnose and repair luxury travel trailers and touring coaches in Reno, NV. Flexible scheduling supports part-time or full-time shifts, with competitive hourly pay and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

You will participate in ongoing training, including vendor sessions and the 5-Rivet program, to advance skills and earning potential while keeping RVs road-ready for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related skilled-trade.
• RVIA/RVDA – Certified Technician, preferred.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and complete repairs on luxury travel trailers and touring coaches.
• Repair or replace failed components while collaborating with the service team.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure each RV is guest-ready.
• Participate in ongoing training, including vendor training and the 5-Rivet program, to continue building your skills and earning potential.
• Help guests create lasting memories by keeping their Airstream adventures safe, comfortable, and road-ready.
