Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead wheelchair assistance for passengers at the airport. You will supervise the handling of wheelchairs from curb to aircraft, ensuring a professional customer experience while coordinating with fellow team members.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers with boarding and baggage, lifting and positioning wheelchairs, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance at the airport, ensuring professional customer experience.
• Assist passengers in transporting and checking in or claiming baggage.
• Lift and assist passengers up or down stairs or in/out of wheelchairs.
• Collect wheelchairs from concourses and return to staging area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and securely per company standards.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly per policy.
