Prospect Airport Services seeks an attentive supervisor to manage wheelchair assistance for passengers needing help at the airport, from curbside to aircraft. You will guide team members, ensure a positive customer experience, and uphold safety standards while working within an active airport environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state regulations.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wheelchair assistance for passengers between curb and aircraft.
• Assist passengers in transporting and checking in or claiming baggage.
• Lift and assist passengers up or down stairs or in/out of wheelchairs.
• Collect wheelchairs from concourse and return to staging area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
