Job summary

Ermc-Aviation-LL is seeking individuals to provide wheelchair assistance to international passengers at the airport, from curbside to aircraft. No experience is required; paid training is provided.

The role includes full-time schedules, weekly pay for hourly employees, 30+ hours per week, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, and discounts. You will be lifting and guiding passengers, assisting with baggage, and coordinating with/under supervision of airport operations.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is required; knowledge of another language is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance with a professional customer experience.
• Assist passengers with transportation, check-in, or baggage claims.
• Lift and assist passengers up or down stairs or in/out of wheelchairs.
• Gather wheelchairs from concourse and return to staging area.
• Follow safety and security standards and report hazards.
