Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a dedicated Wheelchair Agent to assist passengers with mobility needs at the airport. The role includes guiding passengers through check-in, boarding, and relevant security directions, using tablets and airline systems.

You will coordinate with ramp staff to ensure wheelchairs and related items are available for loading and arrival, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• Able to operate tablets/computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with wheelchair support during arrival and check-in.
• Handle wheelchair services using tablets and reservation systems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support Ramp Service Agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items.
• Operate jet bridge and ticketing software as required.
• Oversee customer service for wheelchair-bound passengers.
• Complete trainings and maintain security clearances.
