You will use tablets and ticketing software to support reservations, handoffs, and special accommodations, while maintaining professional communication with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with wheelchair and arrival/check-in processes.
• Operate tablets and computer systems for reservations and tickets.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Coordinate with Ramp Service for wheelchairs and gate-checked items.
• Operate jet bridge and related equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
