Prospect Airport Services seeks wheelchair assistants to help passengers at the airport from curb to aircraft, ensuring a safe and friendly experience. Responsibilities include pushing wheelchairs, aiding with check-in and baggage, and assisting passengers up and down stairs as needed.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and proficiency in English. Candidates must be able to obtain credentials required by airport authorities.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance at airport while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Assist passengers with wheelchair mobility during check-in and baggage handling.
• Lift and assist passengers up or down stairs of aircraft and in or out of wheelchairs.
• Collect wheelchairs from concourse and return to staging area for reuse.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Perform related duties as assigned within capability expectations.
• Complete work safely following company standards and procedures.
• Report safety and security incidents or hazards promptly.
