Qualifications

• 3+ years in stock operations, inventory, or warehouse functions.
• 2+ years of shift lead or supervisory experience in stockroom or warehouse.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stock associates during shifts and assign tasks.
• Manage receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures.
• Ensure adherence to opening/closing checklists and asset protection.
• Coordinate incoming freight and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain in-stock levels and support merchandising standards.
• Use RMS/WMS/ERP to track stock and process orders.
• Provide coaching and communicate KPI updates to management.
