Job summary

Geometrics Engineering is seeking multiple Construction Managers – Vertical Projects to lead airport infrastructure upgrades, overseeing utility, roads and vertical construction across concourse and terminal areas. You will ensure all work aligns with project specifications, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of aviation project/construction management experience.
• Familiarity with building codes, FAA regs, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to read design documents and contract specs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of vertical construction within concourse and terminal areas.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors and stakeholders.
• Review schedules, monitor progress, identify risks.
• Support change management and approvals.
• Interpret design documents and contract requirements.
• Ensure code compliance and quality standards.
• Communicate to resolve field issues and maintain momentum.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to decisions.
• Provide field oversight and deficiency tracking.
• Collaborate to verify quantities and support pay reviews.
• Occasionally work night shifts as needed.
