SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Supervisor, Valet Operations in Appleton, WI. This role manages day-to-day valet operations at the location, ensures guest satisfaction, and leads the valet team with scheduling and training responsibilities.

The position requires a minimal high school diploma and at least 6 months related experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Salary ranges are posted, with comprehensive benefits and an emphasis on safety and professional image.

Formación

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal 6 month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Driver's License: Required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.
• Customer Service: Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance professionally and courteously.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical Demands: Able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
• Create a staffing schedule according to anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and keep vehicles/keys secure.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean.
