Job summary

Jacobsen|Daniels is seeking a Full-Time Valet Supervisor to assist the Valet Managers at San Antonio International Airport. You will lead and mentor staff, oversee daily parking operations, and ensure service and cost controls align with contractual expectations.

Role requires flexible day/night shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive guest satisfaction and team performance.

Qualifications

• Associates or Four-year college degree preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff in a hospitality/parking environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Parking Attendants, Cashiers, Maintenance and Supervisors.
• Develop staffing schedules and ensure coverage during holidays and peak times.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Manage operating budgets and labor costs to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate with GM and Valet Manager in weekly meetings to align expectations.
