Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Traffic Management Specialist to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the airport curb. The role emphasizes traffic safety, parking enforcement, TSA compliance, and customer-friendly information delivery to travelers.

This is a part-time position requiring a high school diploma and the ability to obtain an Airport Authority Credential, with shifts evenings and overnights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain Airport Authority Credential.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic management duties and follow Operating Procedures.
• Enforce traffic safety, parking rules, and TSA mandates for unattended/waiting vehicles.
• Provide crowd control in emergencies or inclement weather.
• Assist travelers with flight activity, parking options, and directions.
• Maintain strong customer service with clear written and verbal communication.
• Coordinate with Landside enforcement and curb activities with contractors.
• Initiate parking citations and coordinate towing for unattended vehicles.
• Maintain records and reports of activities; stay active on the curb.
• Work outside in designated curb areas rather than inside the terminal.
