Qualifications

• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport stakeholders while following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, and other assigned zones.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas per procedures and report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per protocol.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and maintain professional communications with staff and leadership.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport stakeholders while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas in accordance with applicable procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and maintain professional communication with airport personnel, public agencies, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
