Job summary

ASLPM’s Office Engineer role in the Airport Tenant Improvement Program is based in San Francisco, CA. You will manage documentation, RFIs/submittals, and change orders, supporting a high-security aviation project.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in office engineering or project coordination within commercial or infrastructure construction, a CM/engineering degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Procore, Prolog, or e-Builder. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Engineer or project coordination on construction sites.
• Proficient with RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.
• Experience in airport/construction environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Documentation control: own and organize all project files.
• Manage RFIs and Submittals workflow and distribution.
• Log, track, and process Change Orders (PCOs/CCOs).
• Review monthly contractor pay applications with proper backups.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute minutes; track action items.
• Coordinate closeout documentation: warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts.
• Liaise with security, operations, and regulators to minimize disruption.
